TWINE DVD problems?

Hope this is not in the wrong forum, but I need some help.
Just bought The World Is Not Enough DVD. It has a feature like The Matrix white rabbit. When you see the 007 symbol, you hit enter and it shows you a "making" feature of that scene.
The DVD that I got has the 007 symbol always on. I go to the SPECIAL FEATURE menu and go to the SECRETS OF 007: Featuring Alternate Video Option and turn it off. But it seems not to do that and when I return to the movie, I still get all the 007 symbols throughout the movie.
Does anyone else have this problem? Is it the DVD or my DVD player? My The Matrix DVD works ok, but TWINE has this problem.
