My girlfriend got the new Pocahantas disc and I wanted to see what kind of job Disney did. The transfer is crap. Real grainy, even washed out in some points. She seemed really disappointed and even commented that her VHS was better looking.

First the sub-par FOX AND THE HOUND and now this? Is Disney releasing these too quickly?

Any other opinion? I just receive this DVD but I haven't opened it yet. I may as well just return it if the transfer is that bad.

I looked at this a second time today, and damn it really does suck. It looks terrible.
