I bought the disk and the first fifth of my screen (starting to the left) as big shades of green. Is it the case for every one? Is it only a problem with my model? My setting are right, my other DVDs don't play that way. Is it possible I got a "broken" copy....

I have the DTS version and it plays fine on my 3109.

The movie does start out in a 4:3 mode to simulate a TV screen displaying scenes from the TV show.

I'd try it on another player (to confirm) or just exchange it; whichever is easier to do first.

Good luck.
