I bought this movie on video long before I had a DVD player. When I finally got a DVD player, this was one of the movies I first wanted to buy, but I see that there's nothing really to the DVD.
The video I have has deleted scenes and commentary by Quentin Taratntino... What's the deal? Why isn't this stuff on the DVD? Is there possibly a special edition or something in the works? Same question goes for Goodfellas and that shitty DVD. I mean, you have to literally flip that sucker over to watch the second half of the movie. These two need to be done over BIG TIME... Anyone have any thoughts or news on these two titles?

As for PF, welcome to the wonderful world of Buena Vista releases. If you want those extras you can find them on the Canadian version at www.dv-depot.com.

BTW, neither the Canadian nor the U.S. version of PF are anamorphic. I think the movie needs to be re-done on DVD. Obviously, so does Goodfellas, which I've been dying for since I got a player two years ago.

There is a version of Pulp Fiction which is anamorphic and has all the extra features the canadian version has.
The australian RC4 version which you can get at www.ezydvd.com.au.

Since CDNow doesn't carry Canadian discs, the version they're selling has to be the Buena Vista one. It's a misprint. Plus, even the Canadian one with the extras doesn't have any Academy Award stuff like they're saying their version does.

I bought Pulp Fiction from CDNOW because I thought that maybe they had a new release or the canadian version, whereas I got the crappy skimpy version. I emailed a complaint, but they just sent me an email on how I can return the dvd.
