I'm looking for a review of the transfer on the DVD of "The Caine Mutiny". Anybody have it?

The transfer is pretty good. 1.85 ratio and I pretty sure its anamorphic, along with a full frame PS version on the same side. Colors are strong and detail is good, esp. for an older movie. Great flick too! Bogart Rules!

Just picked this one up yesterday and the widescreen side is indeed anamorphic. As is the case with most of their older catalog titles, Columbia, unlike many other studios, offers up a video transfer that is probably as good as the source materials will allow. I would have liked a few extras but I can't really complain.
