I'd recommend it. I saw it twice in the theater and I'm a huge comic fan, so I had extremely high hopes for this movie. I was slightly disappointed the first time, but Mystery Men was the movie I was looking forward to most this summer, so I kind of expected to be disappointed. Both my wife and I liked it much better the second time and can't wait for it next week. The movie is pretty funny, although it does have some dead spots in it. For $15 pre-order, it's worth it, especially when it can be combined with something else and used with a coupon.

DVD Talk Gold Edition
I thought it was a really funny movie.
I didn't see it in the theater because I thought it looked rather silly, and silly it is! But in a good way. The disc is a keeer. Tons of extras, as least I think so.
Directors commentary which I haven't heard yet but should be pretty interesting.
Deleted scenes were pretty good, I laughed a lot at one of them. Gotta love tacos!
There's a music video in there, of some rap artist so I didn't really watch it, seeing as how I don't really like rap.
Some "On location" extra, which I don't know if it's video or stills, as I didn't watch that yet either.
The Movie itself looks great. The sound was terrific on a 5.1 system, though in once scene, on an outside location, the sound seems to become drowned out, I guess they didn't foley that later on, but that was just in that one scene.
If anything rent this movie, it's worth it.
Free can't be beat either.
Thanks buy.com!!
