I would like to let everyone know about the DVD of one of the best Indie films no one has heard of- Josh Becker/Bruce Campbell's "Running Time" The film has a very Hitchcockian feel to it and is probably the best crime/Noir style film I have seen this year. If Artisan picked it up and distributed it I'm sure it would rake in a ton of cayysh, but since that probably won't happen, be sure to pick this disc up. Bruce's commentary is really funny as always and the disc's ARTWORK is nicer than DI$NEY's without being an extra feature. The movie is significant because the movie uses one continuous shot for the entire 70 minutes, which has only been done in Alfred Hitchcock's "Rope". The effect: You will have multiple viewings and experience yourself not taking your eyes off the screen. Heartilly recommended.
Audio: 80/100 DD Mono, but that's how it was shot
Video: 85/100 Crisp black and white, full frame (as it was shot...aka Blair Witch)
Movie: 95/100 One of the most original concepts/ interesting movies in years. MULTIPLE SCREENINGS PEOPLE
Extras: 90/100 Commentary, Trailer, etc.
Overall: 90/100 A- DVD Purchase or solid "A" if you don't mind the indie spirit of the film and its non-DD 5.1 soundtrack
