Man.. now that's a concert DVD! I can not vouch for the DD version but the DTS version is an absolute treat. The sound and video is oustanding and there are plenty of songs performed by the Bee Gees (31 to be exact). Thankfully they sang their songs the way your used to them sounding and they still have a great harmonic sound as you remember them as having. The camera work was done in a very nice fashion , not panning out into the audience to much and cutting to proper shots throughout. The surround sound was done very well giving you the feel of being in the crowd but not really noticing the sound from the rears.
I must say this DVD definately rivals The Eagles: Hell Freezes Over DVD and that's saying a lot.
I would be curious to hear from the people who have the DD version to see if it is equally as good.
If your on the fence about this DVD I (and I'm sure others who will post as well) strongly suggest you go and get it.

I don't have the older version so I can't compare them. But I think the DTS version sounds fantastic. I did however find it strange that the vocals aren't actually coming from the center channel. They are coming mostly from the main right and left speakers. It does blend together very well however. The video quality is also outstanding. Scenes with the spot lights could have caused compression problems but they didn't. The picture is rock solid. Highly recommended for Bee Gees fans with DTS capabilities.

This was my third DTS dvd. Man...it flew me off my sofa! What a great buy? The sound of first song itself paid for the dvd. In fact I spent a weekend comparing two of my DTS dvds (BEE GEES and Eagles) with a DD Fleetwood Mac Dance. DD is nowhere close to DTS in terms of sound quality. Just can't wait to hear my DTS SPR.
