A good disk overall, and a great film in my opinion. But.... Has anyone noticed that someone went a little overboard in the bass department? I had to physically turn down my subwoofer and I still found the bass distracting. I don't think Armaggedon used as much.

I never noticed that. Maybe some one played with your stereo? The movie has a pretty annoying commentary track; Altman thinks a heck of a lot of himself and the screenwriter carries the biggest chip on his shoulder and takes pot shots at all the successful writers in Hollywood. Other than that, it's a good DVD, though.

I think it's a great movie and a great disc.
I actually thought the commentary track was very good.
