I saw this film years ago and loved it. How is the Criterion edition?

Someone asked about this not that long ago; I just watched it the other day and was going to reply but couldn't find the post. Anyway, it looks wonderful and sounds very good, as well. There isn't much in the way of extras, though. I usually read reviews of discs before I buy them, but found very little information about "Amarcord" before I purchased the disc (though I'm glad that I ended up buying it). Looks and sounds great. Has an interesting restoration demo.
This was the first dvd I ever bought online and still one of my favorites.
