Now I'm not actually kiding myself into thinking that I may actually receive this title from Hastings, but I'm wondering, as I ordered it. What's on it? How could it list for $40? Do you only benefit from it if you have a really nice home entertainment system? Could you just get by renting it once?
I know that's a lot of questions, but any advice you could give me would be appreciated. Thanks.

I rented it just last week and was quite impressed with the improvements to my DVD video. That said, I now find that the colors are a bit too sharp on regular broadcast TV so I needed to drop it down a few notches. I also felt that the audio calibration underplayed the subwoofer a bit but I was very happy with the surround calibration. I thought it would be a use-once type of deal but I now find that VE or Avia (which is more up-to-date I hear) are the ultimate HT tweaking tools that you will want to use whenever you add new components, move furniture, etc. Hopefully Hastings will come through for you. I'm glad I rented first since I would probably want to purchase Avia over VE at this point.
