A great beginning! It sounds and looks
terrific! But, it just goes down hill from there. Nicholas Cage bites. He's no good, at acted like he did NO prep work for the part. But, Meg Ryan is always good.

Good to find someone else who didn't exactly "love" this movie.

I too thought that Nicholas Cage left something to be desired and well, Meg Ryan, try as she might, was also sucked under by this melo-trage-drama.

The really weird thing is that I don't even quite know what it is about this movie that makes it so unbearable. It's like the film is a conundrum of paradoxs... in a world of millions of angels, this film is terribly claustrophobic.

In a world of great Meg Ryan romantic comedies, you have this... thing.

Why do I get the distinct feeling that this film lasted as long as it did in part because of "Uninvited" and "Iris"?

I think the music videos were cool. That's about it.

Music videos?!? Waste of time and space. I've heard those songs on the radio so damn much, I fast forwarded through it.

Yes - the ending sucked horribly. I really thought they COULD'VE developed a great story and premise, but...like we all seem to agree - failure!
