Metallica's cunning stunts DVD has 3 or 4 songs with multi angles also Steve Vai's dvd has multi angles for gutiar players mostly.

Most Porn flicks have multi angle. Also, the special edition of Tomorrow Never Dies has a feature where if you hit the angle button, the storyboards will overlay the widescreen image. Also, Ghostbusters will use multi-angle to show you before and after special effects shots.
