Testing a theory: Every time I comment in these posts, they get deleted.

A long, long, long time ago, I wrote a script that would automatically post links to all the previous day's reviews to the Reviews forum. If the previous day didn't have any reviews, it'd create a blank post instead.

A long, long time ago, I wrote an updated version of the script that was smart enough to avoid posting if no reviews had been published the day prior.

A long time ago, DVD Talk changed servers, and all of the cronjobs were wiped out. Instead of restoring the spiffed-up revised version of the review script, they restored the faulty one. I haven't worked on the technical side of things in years, so I can't get the proper version going again.

Every morning, I poke my head in to see if an empty post has been created. If there is, I delete it (even if you've responded to the nothing-ness).

I was 99% sure of all that, and even meant to sneak an "Adam is underpaid" into my response post title, but figured I'd confirm my suspicions and acknowledge your dedication to the forum.
