DVD Talk review of 'Friday the 13th - The Series: The Second Season'

I read Cameron McGaughy's DVD review of Friday the 13th - The Series: The Second Season at http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=36732 and... I have to agree with a lot of what is said here, but also need to remind the reviewer this show was syndicated and not a network show. It was eventually one of the issues that doomed the program as it was moved around in time and often on different stations, it had a hard time finding a solid audience. Nonetheless, it was for it's subject matter and gore that the show met it's untimely demise after season 3.

I agree with the review also. Although I haven't bought or seen Season 2 on DVD.
I was disapointed with the transfer on Season 1, which I did buy, and expect the same treatment for Season 2. Which is mentioned and I fully believe the reviewer.
I would still get this though because I can remember watching this when it was on tv and liked it. Although I thought it got worse as it labored on to Season 3.
But like I said I would still buy Season 2, but at a reduced price. I won't pay $30 + for this. But on sale at around $20? Yes.
Also- I'm not even going to bother with Season 3,
