DVD Talk review of 'Heckler'
I read Brian Orndorf's DVD review of Heckler at http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=34413 and...
Brian's review is right on. I enjoyed seeing some of the celebrities in the documentary and hearing what they had to say. But overall I would give it a solid C+.
I am guessing that if Jamie's movies (those he produced, not the many screams) had done better with reviewers and the box office, this documentary would never have come out. But had he done this documentary with some positive reviews under his belt, then this film would hold more credability. I imagine it can't be easy however; to write, direct, star in, produce something just to be slammed later, for anyone.
