DVD Talk review of 'Child's Play'

I read Michael Zupan's DVD review of Child's Play at http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=34490 and...

Michael Zupan's recent reviews of "Child's Play" and "Speed Racer" seem to contain valid information, but a gross lack of commas render them unreadable. There are about 17 to 25 missing commas in each. Alas; the kids these days need to brush up on basic punctuation.

I've been lambasted before for an overuse of commas so I've tried to limit using them whenever they weren't truly necessary.

This post seems to criticize something regarding Michael Zupan's writing style, but I'm not certain what. Unfortunately, the poster's decision to use a semicolon after Alas, when a comma would have been more appropriate, renders the post unreadable. Alas, I'll never know just what B.S. intended.

Well, he was referring to lack of a lot of commas. I've made some changes and understand where he's coming from. I like commas and once posted a review and was told it had too many, so I made sure to try and not go crazy with them. I sort of over-compensated and left out some. I made some changes to both reviews.

I was kind of on the fence about this one, but based on Michael's review (and Best Buy's $9.99 sale price), I might just pick this one up...

Yeah, what do you have to lose? For ten bucks, you get a decent surround track and widescreen picture that's not as dark looking. You can't go wrong.
