Spiral Staircase
I just picked up the re-issue of MGMs "Spiral Staircase" with Dorothy McGuire, George Brent and Ethyl Barrymore. The picture looks great. Nice sound. And the movie is really good. Quite scary. I recommend it wholeheartedly!

This doesn't mean that the current one is bad, although the screen captures seem to show more detail in the AB. The screen shots of the MGM don't look unwatchable, if one likes this movie it is probably worth a rental or purchase (should be under $10 on line).
