Zombies are CRAZY!

So i have been going about trying to find some good new zombie movies but i have had very little luck. So i thought i would come here and inquire. So on that note, if anyone could recommend some mad sick zombie movies it would be very appreciated. i especially like gorey ones.

I was surprised at how much I enjoyed Dead Meat. Irish Zombies!

Or go old-school with Fulci's Zombie.

Some gorehounds consider the Evil Dead and Re-Animator series to have zombie-ish leanings, but I assume you're looking for the "shufflin' & cannibalizin'" stuff.

Of course there's all the required material:

Night of the Living Dead (68)
Dawn of the Dead (78)
Day of the Dead (85)
Land of the Dead (05)

Night of the Living Dead (90)
Dawn of the Dead (04)

Dead Alive (92)
Return of the Living Dead (85)
Shaun of the Dead (04)
28 Days Later (03)
Cemetery Man (94)

Recommended

Night of the Creeps (86)
Dead and Breakfast (05)
My Boyfriend's Back (93)
Zombie Honeymoon (05)
Resident Evil (02)

Decide for Yourself

Return of the Living Dead 2 (88)
Return of the Living Dead 3 (95)
City of the Living Dead (The Gates of Hell) (80)
Night of the Zombies (81)
One Dark Night (83)
House of the Dead (03)
Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things (72)
Let Sleeping Corpses Lie (74)
Resident Evil: Apocalypse (04)
Shock Waves (77)
The Supernaturals (86)
Undead (04)
Zombie Lake (81)

Coming Soon:

All Souls Day: Dia De Los Muertos (06)
Day of the Dead 2: Contagium (05)
Return of the Living Dead 4: Necropolis (05)
Return of the Living Dead 5: Rave to the Grave (05)

By the way, this is a great zombie-flick website: www.undeadfilms.com

Great suggestions so far. I'll add Versus to that list. Great Japanese zombie movie that is over the top and has a great sense of humor and an interesting twist that makes you think a little...but only if you want to. You can just as easily turn off your brain and just watch the body parts fly. Good stuff!

Buy that Fright Pack: Walking Dead from Anchor Bay-has a wide mixture of tastes, all gorey.

Check out a young Peter Jackson film, Bad Taste. Lots of gore and humor and the Anchor Bay DVD is very well done.

What's in that? I can seem to find a listing of what movies are in there.

I got to second (and third):

Dead Alive
Bad Taste
Undead
Dawn Of The Dead ('04 and original versions).
hell, any of the Romero movies
Zombie
Shaun Of The Dead
Redneck Zombies (though I haven't seen this one in almost 20 years. May not have held up for me.)

Of those, I've only seen Dead Meat, which I thought was pretty cool.
