Review Request-- Remington Steele s1

I remember liking this series when I was younger but have only vague memories of it beyond that. It's being sold for 19.99 to RZ members this coming week which is very tempting but I'm still not sure.

I'd love it if someone could review the set to sorta refresh my memory a bit and maybe comment on a/v and extras

thanks!

Our very own das Monkey will be handling that one, and I'm sure he'll do an excellent job.

Glad to see das is doing this one.

It's already pre-ordered, but I can't wait to see if the show still holds up.

Regardless of how short it might be...

I'll save my comments for the official review, but if you are wondering whether to jump on an upcoming bargain, the answer is YES.

Great review das. It's good to know it still holds up after all this time.

Thanks, Chew. I was surprised how frequently I found myself laughing out loud, and I caught myself watching it with a huge grin on my face most of the time. I just hope others enjoy it as much as I did. To be completely honest, I wasn't really expecting it to hold up, so it was a joy to find that, at least for me, it was still very entertaining.

Awesome review, das!

And those screen captures are a nice touch! I wish more reviews would do that. Sometimes it's nice to get a little visual of what's being reviewed to go along with the written recommendation/criticism.

Great review Das, as usual. Thank you!

This was perhaps the first "adult" drama I really enjoyed as a kid, and after your review I don't think I'll be able to resist picking it up for $17 + tax duing the Costco promo.
