Probably the Roan. Check out the links for this version here:

I don't have any version of this, although I have been interested in the title for some time. Several of the links indicate that the Roan is probably as good as this PD title will look unless Roger Corman has a set of better film elements and allows them to be used for a DVD transfer.

This version appears to be out of print. You might be able to check the Troma/Roan web sites to see if that's the case. So it may not be available at this point.
