I agree with the review of the film itself. A bit silly, but far superior to Coppola's, though he failed to mention it contains one of Williams' better scores, back when he was writing some interesting music. And Langella is the most charismatic Dracula I've seen (and I've seen most of them). In fact, probably the most charismatic vampire. Forget your Angels and Spikes, give me a young Langella any day.

Sidenote: The Broadway production which starred Frank Langella had costumes and set designs by author/artist Edward Gorey, and it was these designs that influenced the acting style and tone of this hit show - completely lost in the movie version. I know that everyone who was in awe of that terrific production had a terrible let-down when the movie came out.

I guess the green look added to look of the movie makes it look like the movie was made today, since current movies seem to have this green tint cinama photography.
