Chris Benoit - Hard Knocks

I got a chance to watch the new Chris Benoit - Hard Knocks DVD today and I have to say, AWESOME DVD.

I don't watch professional wrestling anymore, haven't for a few years (since ECW folded, namely). Chris Benoit wasn't ever one of my favorites, although I always respected what he did in the ring. He was always professional and he went through a long career of injuries and promotions. The DVD covers his career through New Japan, ECW, WCW, and the WWF/E. The story of his career is told excellently and is accented by 15 full matches, some from each promotions.

It's probably the best DVD the WWE has put out, and yes, I sat through most of the Ric Flair set. Ric Flair is just damn boring.

If you get a chance, watch this DVD. Benoit has a long and involving story that's told in the best way possible.

10 out of 10.

I can't wait to get my hands on the upcoming Eddie Guerrero DVD now...
