DVD Talk review of 'Lord of the Rings: Return of the King'

I read Aaron Beierle's DVD review of Lord of the Rings: Return of the King at http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=10844 and...

Great job with the review Aaron - well balanced and not afraid to state a few of the film's minor faults. A good read.

Yep - good review. While the tone is different the final score is only half a star off of David Blair's. So even with Aaron's quibbles the movie is still an amazing one.

This despite insinuations that the success of the movie is a result of marketing magic by New Line.

Where/when was that implied? That's the first I've heard of it...

I like ticking off the fanboys...it puts me right up there with Michael Moore and Roger Ebert on the "hit list".

Fanboys eh. I believe my posts were fairly straight forward.

Just providing an opposing view to yours. Please highlight which part of my posts are composed of the 'fanboy' elements you are referring to?

Your response is disappointing and unprofessional.
