With this movie coming out tomorrow how come no one at DVD Talk has reviewed this Disney movie yet?

Aaron Beierle's review is up now.

Check DVD Basen for a pretty hefty number of other takes on the movie.

The Actual Miracle

How many of us were around to actually witness and watch the true event during the 1980 Olympics that this movie is portraying?

Im pretty sure that anyone who was, will be picking this up - thats going to be on my way home tonight or this weekend if I cant make it. Its also funny how the reviewer talks about Kurt Russel's "mop-top" and perhaps didnt realize that Herb Brooks actually did have a "mop-top" back then - Kurt Russel, to me, looks like he's going to do a great job recreating Brooks in the role.

I realized that the real Brooks had a mop-top, yes. But if you're familiar with Russell's Disney fare, it's also reminiscent of his 'do in those.
