CSI - The first season

I'm not a reviewer, for sure, but I forked over the cold hard cash for this 6 DVD set and I'm not sorry I did. Naturally it didn't hurt that this is probably my fav TV show right now.

Technically it was absolutely gorgeous but who doesn't like Las Vegas from the air, at night. In the extras I liked the music video a whole lot. I was a late bloomer to the show and was happy to find several episodes that I'd never seen before.... although when you get to be my age a lot of stuff I've seen just seeps into the old grey cells never to be recounted again. Hey, it's not so bad though, it's almost like waking up each day to a whole new world!

Except for being FS, I agree - it looks and sounds great. Fortunately, they are going anamorphic WS for the S2 release in September.

I had only seen bits and pieces of the show while channel surfing but decided to buy the first series blind.

No regrets at all and even my wife hooked on the show. Can't wait for Season 2 and even better news to hear that the DVDs will be anamorphic.
