Best buy is having a sale, buy the following 2 dvds for $20. But the problem is, there is only 1 that I want (Riding in Cars with boys)

A Knight's tale


Tempted to pickup Lawrence of Arabia, but is the 2 disc SE way better or is this good enough for a classic?

I really liked the New Guy, but I like really bad teen movies It has Eliza Dushku in it. A Knight's Tale and the the Patriot are really good.

my favorite from the bunch is Resident Evil. Stand By Me is a classic, and i don't know anyone that doesn't like it. Knight's Tale is also decent.

The Patriot is a great movie, but Cruel Intentions has the famous lesbian kiss, and how could you pass that up?

I'd say
The Patriot (but i like the Superbit deluxe version better)
Crouching tiger(i think the regular version might be better in this case...for the extras i mean)
Lawrence of Arabia(FAR AND AWAY the best movie out of the pick but i like the 2 disk better)
Stand by me(classic)
The Profesional(get the other version)

So all in all due to other(better) editions i'd say go with either Crouching tiger, Hidden Dragon or Stand by me

Well if you really like the movie and are a fan of some good extras the 2 disc set is the one for you.It has some really good special features and an excellent transfer.I'd pick this one up if i were you.

The Patriot Superbit Deluxe i'd also pick up.

If you don't want any of the other movies, I've seen Riding in Cars with Boys in the 7.99 bin at Wal-Mart. Might as well just get it there.

might as well join the dvd club with code cy4d and get 5 dvd for 24.95.u get another 3 movies for 5 dollar and a much bigger and better selection

Hehe, I did. I picked some pricy ones too.... no need to go bargain title when the selection is that good.

Out of your list I'd say Crouching Tiger or spring for the 2 disc Lawrence of Arabia cause it's worth every penny. IMO Patriot and Cruel Intentions are total garbage
