Saw that Bruce Campbell is in this and Love his work. But I have never seen this sadly now the DVD is opp and Ebay seems like the only place to get it. So anyone that has it please comment on the quality of the DVD and is this a good Bruce Campbell movie that I will want to own???

ummm. you know Anchor Bay re-released it with a new transfer and DTS sound track. So don't even bother looking for the old Elite disc.

Ummm so sorry. But you too are mistaken. Silverwhat was mistakenly referring to Elite's Maniac, also same director different movie, which was later released by Anchor Bay with an anamorphic transfer and DTS sound.

Both versions of Vigilante were Anchor Bay products.

Maniac Cop is an Elite DVD, with no later Anchor Bay release.
