i dont think anyone has it yet and since its a wrestling dvd, no dvdforum site will review it, so my suggestion is to bump this thread when the release date approches and maybe a few might have it by then.

I know we had Tough Enough early, but I doubt that was brought out by WWE specificially and was probably brought out by MTV.

HULK STILL RULES!!!
I was at richmond Smackdown when Brock "killed" him. I thought Hulk looked like he wrestles in slo-mo on TV. But he really is in slo-mo. Too bad, poor knees.

I have not watched the entire thing, but the trend is....No and Yes.
In the main feature, No, they show Hogans entrance, but the matches are cliped.
But the Extras, they show entrences and the entire matches, from the ones I have watched.
Both with original commentary. But the main feature chops the matches pretty good.
EDIT:
I am at work now and have time to answer and give my personal review.
Great DVD
Hogan narrates all the chapters with a shoot style interview. Awesome insight into the Hogan-Savage personal problems. The feature itself, as I stated above, butchers the hell out of the more recent matches. The older ones are cut up, but it doesn't seem as much.
Put yourself in Vinnie Mac's shoes. What was the best match at X8. Hogan/Rock. If they gave you that truely magical match, in its entirety, on this DVD, or the nWo DVD, whould you buy the X8 dvd? No. Same with HHH/Hogan title match. Slide back out of Vinnie Macs shoes.
Classic stuff. A great part of the feature is when Hogan addressed the "3 punches, a boot, and a leg drop issue". He basically admits its all he has, but its how he does it. Great interview.
The Extras are what makes this DVD a true treasure. Watching Hogan and Andre battle it out at Shea, with Classie Freddie Blasie at Hogans side. Awesome. Another Easter egg on Disc 2 is hidden once again in the chapter selection. Highlight the Hulk Still Rules icon in one of the chapters screens, and you get the Tootie Fruitie Music video fron one of the wrestling albums, with Mean Gene singing, and Hogan on bass.
If you watch wresting, and are a newer fan, get this, because it will show you the magic that was Hogan in the 80's. If you are an old fan that EVER marked out for ANYTHING hogan did, get it. If you hates Hogan and just wanted to see him get his ass kicked, get it. Yeah he never got his ass kicked, but it means you cheered for his opponents, of witch there are plenty on this disc.

question about a match, is the "birthplace of hulkamaina" the one where he beats the iron sheik for the title in 84. also, i know that at the begining, hogan came out to eye of the tiger, is that on there or is it just the hogan theme song.

OK, finally checked it out. HOLY ***** If you are a wrestling fan or even a little bit of a hogan fan this DVD is phenomenal. I had chills watching some of this stuff & felt like a kid again.
The DVD itself is a great documentary taking you through the career of Hogan & give you some really interesting stuff like how close Hogan was with Macho Man & their downfall & hogans real life feud with Paul Orndoof.
All of the matches on the extras are the entire match with him walking to the ring & there are tons of promos.
2 easter eggs which are probably the 2 best hidden features I have ever seen on a DVD (And I have almost 200). The original Hogan video to "I am a real american" which is one of the funniest things I have ever seen & the second is an actual classic song performed by Mean Jean Okurlan & Hogan on Bass(remember he was a musician before a wrestler), this alone is worth the price of the DVD
This DVD is phenomenal, my only complaints are the lack of NWO skits which are my all-time favorite Hogan moments & the fact that hogan really kisses the rock's butt.
This is without a doubt the greatest wrestling DVD ever produced & get's my highest praise.

first of all , great dvd!!!! the matches look very clear (most of them anyway) and the documentary is pretty cool,i respect hogan more after seeing this. he really did make WCW what it was for the short time...
my only complaint is where are these classic hogan matches:
hogan vs warrior (wm6 i believe)
hogan vs savage (wm 4 or 5)
hogan vs earthquake?!??!?!
hogan vs yokozuna?!??!?!
also, how do i unlock the easter eggs? are there any easter eggs of hidden matches?

The easter eggs like most are very easy to unlock.
I don't have the DVD in front of me but on both DVDs just highlight the hulk Still Rules logo in the bottom corners of the menu, I'm not sure which one exactly, I belive on the first DVD it's on the last page of the chapters menu, either way just try highlighting them all till it works, like I said earlier I think they are perhaps the 2 best easter eggs I have ever seen on a DVd.
