If really like extra features, then the STII: Director's Cut is for you! Nick Meyer has added some pieces of dialogue back into the movie (although not terribly major). But, so far, I have enjoyed the text commentary and the Captain's Log feature on the making of the movie. LOTS of stories I've never heard before! Great stuff.
