i'm not gonna get technical, but the video quality is awesome!! i've never seen this movie look so clear. the sound is nothing special just dolby 2.0, but it's solid. i'm just glad to have caveman in widescreen. if you like this movie you can't go wrong.

The picture quality is very, very good for a film that was probably made for about ten dollars.
That being said it's still a horrible flick but fun in a strange kind of way....
