I have seen all three movies and I am wondering if the box set is worth purchasing.

If you enjoyed the movies it's definately worth purchasing. The fourth disk you get is pretty cool. Plus you get the collector's edition of the second movie. I think you can only get the barebones edition if you don't buy the box set.
