Mummy Ultimate Vs. Mummy Special Ed.?

I just got the "Ultimate" Edition of THE MUMMY. Is there any reason to keep the earlier "Special Edition" as well? Anything worthwhile on it that isn't on the newer one? Thanks!

Supposedly everything on the Ultimate is also on the original. The big drawback is the used disc is probably worth about 5¢. Hopefully you can nail at least $10 on eBay

Thanks for the info, folks -- it's gone. I'm giving it to my 83-year-old mom, who just got her first DVD player...

From: Right now, my location is DVDTalk, but then again, you should already know that, shouldn't you?
After the fact...

The original Collector's Edition also featured a second, different trailer for THE MUMMY that is gone from the Ultimate Edition. That, the isolated score, and the fact that the special effects vignettes play out in widescreen on the CE and pan-and-scan on the UE are the only three differences between the two. They were enough to make me keep the CE alongside the UE, but not everyone is as anal as I...
