the film was pretty sub-par, although I don't know what your requirements from the film may be...the "star" is also the director of the film, and he has zero charisma as a lead...he doesn't come off as a bad guy, per se, in the director's commentary, and the direction, while derivative and ultimately unsurprising, is competent...but he overestimated his own abilities as leading man...how he got Diamond Phillips, Braugher, Henstridge and Pantoliano to appear in his film is a mystery to me...they're all, of course, competent, but their talents are hardly tested by the film. I would only recommend this as a rental to someone who A) has interest in any of the supporting cast members or B) really likes any film where ten thousand rounds of ammunition are shot off...it reminded me of "Thick as Thieves," another straight-to-vid screw-up that had a better than average cast (Alec Baldwin, Braugher again, etc.)

I rented it just because part ofit was shot in Cleveland, and being from Cleveland (and working on films and commercials), I knew a lot of people who worked on it. I also rented it for free since I work at Blockbuster, and it still wasn't worth it. SUre I got to see friends' names in the credits, but other than that this movie SUCKED! This is mainly from standard direction and sub-standard acting (as previously mentioned), and the film itself gets a little incoherent at times. It is not worth seeing.
