I am dissapointed by the star trek movies coming out on DVD as they have no extra features (UK version). I got the whole set (7 Movies) on VideoCD for just US$32 from Malaysia over the internet and I enjoyed this as much as I would have the DVD version which costs $14.00 per movie!!!! What is the point of releasing a movie on DVD, charging so much and not adding any extra features?
We should start a campaign to get extra features on every DVD release! (Other wise I'm sticking with the good old VCD format!)

Uh, wyze, I gotta ask:
Just how big of a screen are you looking at? If it's anything bigger than 13", the difference between the DVD and VCD should be pretty obvious. To say nothing of the 5.1 sound.

22in computer monitor! The picture quality is a little better than video tape but It is the massive differential in price. I buy VCD's all the time and view DVD's as a treat and that is why I expect and demand extra features from them.
