Onkyo 575x or Denon 1801?

Any recommendations for one or the other and why. I am still using a old Denon Pro Logic receiver and am looking to upgrade. Would love to have the Denon 3801 but do not think I want to spend the extra cash. The speakers I use for movies are the Klipsch Quintet. My room is about 15 by 12.
Also would like any recommendations for online retailers.
