I have evertthing set up at the right db level but know nothing about frequencys for mid, high, or lows and setting ther right frequencies, is there any guidelines on this?

I'm not sure what you mean. If you're talking crossovers, the only one that's typically user adjustable (unless you're building your speakers and crossovers yourself) is the low frewquency crossover. This setting will depend on your speakers and your room's acoustics, but will typically be in the neighborhood of 80 Hz.

If you're not talking crossover frequency, then you might want to rephrase / clarify your question.
