I can't find the manual to my Panasonic tv.
But, it's a 27", bought it last year.

The remote has TV, VCR, DBS/CBL, and DVD at the top that light up in red.

I am looking to program my Sony dvd player and JVC vcr to the remote

I'm sure one of you have this style tv

You've got the same remote that I do.

I can't remember at the moment the combination for the remote to program it, but I called their service number (1-800-211-7262 listed on the page that I referenced) and the CSR was kind enough to tell me the code and the way to program it.

Doesn't seem you can access the menu screen once the dvd has started playing the movie. .....and I don't see a way to scroll the menu options. Also, I noticed that you can sjip through chapters, but not scan. I can step, which is just skipping a fraction of a second. TV/Video button open/closes the dvd player.

Yup. I found that once I programmed the remote correctly it still wouldn't do the job properly. I decided to go to Radio Shack and get a 15-1994. This thing is fantastic (and only cost me $29). Each button is programmable, and can learn from any of your existing remotes. You can also program in macros so that you push a button and your TV, Receiver, and DVD player all turn on and are ready to go.

Best purchase I've made in a while.
