well after my post on gladiator stating that even a new copy of it from amazon did the same things on my sony I tried it upstairs and sure enough it works fine. So it looks like I have to get my sony dvps330 fixed. I bought it from amazon back in may 2000. Ill have to dig up the waranty info on it but for anyone that has this model do you know what my options are? Im guessing my only choice is to call sony and ship it out and pay an arm and a leg to have what ever is wrong fixed, if it can be. Oh well, any ideas?

Give their customer support a call and they will give you the closet authorized service center for repairs... no mailing it to them
