This is PC related problem and I hope you guys gonna answer me. I am going to buy a new receiver that doesn't have a coaxial input. It only
has optical connection. I have PowerDVD 3.0 and WinDVD 2000 v2.6, SB Live!
Platinum (Not 5.1) with Live! Drive II, Win98 SE.

Guys, can you please tell me how to enable AC3 or DTS pass-thru from Optical connection that Live! Drive II has. Please I need the answer badly. Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Kevin

You need to go here http://www.hoontech.com/english/index.html and look for the SB DBII or III. Thye are addons for SB Live! cards that will add Optical, Coaxial and other outputs from the SB Live! card.
