I have my trusty Panasonic VHS-C camcorder. The suckee nicad batteries have such awful memory effect now that I only get about 10 minutes of power from them (even my extended battery).

Going to Disney in March. As this will be my daughter's first time going (she's 3 1/2), I plan on bringing the camcorder.

I want to get new battery(ies) for the camcorder. Preferably something along the line of NiMH, so that there is no memory effect.

My gut also is to get a higher capacity battery plus a lower capacity one to keep in the bag or my pocket as a spare.

Any particular models, stores, web-sites, that anyone can recommend in this regards. Please take into account possible coupons/deals that sites might have going right now.....
