If anyone knows how I can get my dvd's to play in DTS mode. I have a digital coax connecting the DVD to receiver and when I put in a dts dvd it stays in DD. When I manually swith it to DTS there is no sound at all. Help please!

Which DTS dvd are you trying this with? Many (Eagle's HFO for example) default to DD mode (which, in this case, is merely two channel). You might first have to go into the dvd's menu and switch it to read the DTS tracks before the player will output anything other than DD.

Hope this helps.

make sure you have turned on the dts bitstream out on your player. (should be somewhere in your player's menus)
