Any info on Sharp L80U portable DVD player?

Saw a small feature on this in a UK DVD mag which said it was due in the Autumn in the States and was the first portable with an 8 inch screen. Retail was said to be around $1600. Anybody have info or can point me toward a site?

I'm dying for that player too. I've seen it in a shop here in Brussels and it looks beutiful and the 8 inch screen is really big compared to my 5 inch current one. But I need one that plays region 1 DVDs since all my DVDs are R1. Anyone have any info? Anyone? Please!

$1600!?! Heck, you might as well spend an extra $200 and get a laptop with a DVD drive - the extra $200 will get you a 12 inch screen and a computer as an added bonus!
