Since the older Harmony remotes aren't supported by Logitech anymore, the remotes can no longer be programmed by the Harmony Remote software. I'm looking to add some new devices. Anyone know of replacement software? Thanks!

The Harmony app still works fine to program the remotes. Why doesn't the desktop version still work?

You're able to connect? For almost a year now I can't across 3 different Windows machines. I've also read the Logitech got bought out by a new company which is only supporting the newer models. This is what happens when I open the Harmony remote software. BTW, I should've mentioned I am using the Harmony One.

Haven't tried the web app but just loaded the mobile app on my phone. Works fine. Using the Harmony Hub.

That explains it. Harmony Hub remotes are still supported, my Harmony One is not and neither is the desktop software.

That's strange. They all work off the same software, don't they? Why would one work but not another?

I just downloaded the MyHarmony app from Logitech's website, and am able to log in and pull my saved remote settings.

I am talking about other software. It comes on disc when purchasing a Logitech remote. The software is for PC, here's a screenshot of it.
I checked out the software you mentioned, and mine isn't compatible with it (i think) as my model came before the HUB.

Got it working again with the MyHarmony app. Thanks for the help.
