Does anyone know how to do the anamorphic squeeze trick on Sony big screens? I know to enter service mode, but I can't find the VUSN option that I read somewhere should be changed from 0 to 1 to accomplish the squeeze...
by the way, I've got a KP-43T75 ..
Also...Does anyone know if it would help to turn off SVM scanning velocity modulation?

I would also like to know which MIDRANGE sets (25" - 32") can let me TURN OFF velocity scan modulation or at least tone it down to a minimum. I haven't a chance to see a DVD on the sets (I thought DVDs were sharp anyways already) but I know normal cable didn't appeal to me very much at all the week I owned the 32" toshiba WITH VSM.

Just make sure that you copy down all of your original settings before trying anything!

I've been trying to use the info from that site, but I guess my TV is a bit different or somethin'. I tried ordering the service manual but the # doesn't seem to go though right now...
anyways, thanks for the help, happy new year.
