Well I traded my GE in for the Toshiba SD-1600. I must say, it's a much better player than the GE....those *blips* across the screen are gone. My only complaint is the "auto-dim" option.....it sucks...when on any outside scenes, it seems that the player can't decide whether to dim(turn a tint of blue) or stay the original color. Should I turn it off? How many of you keep the auto-dim option on on your players?

Yeah I know there is a HARDWARE forum here but I haven't posted anything there and nobody would know what I was talking about if they haven't read my posts here. Sorry. I'll post there next time. Sorry moderators :/

I must have missed that feature. It's an option? And why would you use it?

If this is a "feature", turn it off.
