Need help w/anamorphic squeeze trick.

I have an Hitachi Ultrascan 36" TV that was purchased about a year or two ago. I have since then made HT my hobby and want to get the most out of all of my products. Right now I am searching for a way of entering the service menu of my TV so that I can squeeze the picture down to 16:9. If anyone has any information on this subject I would greatly appreciate it.

Welcome to the forum Try this, hope it helps. Just make sure you copy down all of your original settings in the service mode before you do anything!
