The best price I could find was at speedandsound.com, but it was also goin for $897. I have never actually heard this sub but have done a lot of research on it for a friend. Many people claim that this is one of the best subs ever made. I have read nothing but good things about this sub and feel that it is the best sub under a $1000. It is supposed to be as good with music as it is with HT. Hope this helps a little. Good Luck

Can't comment on cheap prices (buying
online voids NHT's warranty, except from
Crutchfield, who charges full list price).
I have dual SubTwos and they are really
amazing. The standard controller handles
two units, so you can get one now, and add
a second one later.
I'd shop local, and shoot for 20% off list.
