Ok don't kill me, but is there a portable VCD player with a screen? I ask because I will be going on a long trip in the summer next year, and I wanted to burn some of my fave tv show episodes on VCD to watch. I know the Pioneer p[ortable DVD players will play my CD-R VCDs, however, is there a cheaper portable VCD player, that plays CD-R VCDs, and that has a screen to view them on? Many thanks!

You might find them available in Asia where VCD is very popular, but I would be surprised if you found one here.

I own a Phillips portable VCD player with no screen which I bought in Hong Kong.

Maybe you should just buy a used laptop with a CDROM. It will play your VCD's and then some!
