A good one that lists different things you might want/need is at www.hometheaterhifi.com . Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "BEGIN HERE." You'll find it very detailed and informative, and it will give you an idea of what you are wanting.
Just remember, you don't have to get too carried away with it. People can help you to create a home theater for any budget. After you have an idea of what kind of home theater would suit you, just post back here for some recommendations on different equipment.
